This low key race is run in the Huguenot Park. The course is mostly packed gravel running trails. The course is fast but has a few turns. The best times are 14:57 by Tom Jeffery in 2005 and Briana Whaley with 17:14 in 2007. This is a RRRC Grand Prix Race.

Registration: You can register online or by mail. Online registration closes 11:59, February 26. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by February 22. Race day registration opens at 8:00 am. The fee is $5 for RRRC members and $10 for non-members. The Richmond Road Runners Club is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected applications. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Course: The 3 mile course starts in front of the fitness center and is flat out and back through Huguenot Park mostly on a packed gravel path.
Location: The race will be run from Robious Sports & Fitness in Midlothian.
Grand Prix Race: This is a Richmond Road Runners Club Grand Prix Race. Each year the club runs a series of races and members collect points by placing or volunteering at the events. At the end of the year the male and female winners are announced as the Grand Prix Champions at the club’s annual banquet.
Packet Pick-Up: Race numbers may be picked up on race day starting at 8:00 am.
Awards: There will be awards to the top three males and females as well as ribbons for the first three people in the standard RRRC five-year age groups.
Race Timing: The race will be computer timed by the Richmond Road Runners Club. Results will be posted after completion of the race online at www.rrrc.org.
Water Stop: Water will be provided by Diamond Springs and a water stop will be at about the 1.5 mile point.
Refreshments: Will be available after the race.
Race Director: The race director is Thom Suddeth.
Parking: Parking is available at the Robious Sports and Fitness Club. Additional parking is available across the street at the Holiday Inn.
