The Race:
This race is run in the Grove sub-division of Midlothian. The race has special awards for the top three couples. The course records are held by Jeff Powers who ran 24:27 in 2007 and Anna Pichrtova who ran 29:06 in 2004. This is a RRRC Grand Prix Race.

Registration:
You can register online or by mail. Online registration closes 11:59 pm, February 10. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by February 10.
Race day registration opens at 7:30. The fee is $10 for RRRC members and $15 for non-members. The Richmond Road Runners Club is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected applications. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Course:
The course is a slightly hilly loop on neighborhood streets and trails. It starts and ends at the clubhouse.
Location:
The race will be run in the Grove Subdivision in Midlothian. The Grove entrance is located ½ mile south of Midlothian Tpke. on Woolridge Road in Midlothian.
Grand Prix Race:
This is a Richmond Road Runners Club Grand Prix Race. Each year the club runs a series of races and members collect points by placing or volunteering at the races. At the end of the year the male and female winners are announced as the Grand Prix Champions at the club’s annual banquet.
Packet Pick-Up:
Packets may be picked up at Runner Bill’s (13569 Midlothian Tnpk. Midlothian 804-378-8080) on Friday, February 13, from 4 to 7 pm and on race day starting at 7:30 am. Spencer Morgan from New Balance will have 769's (two widths) and 1063's (one width ) for try-on shoes and will be at RunnerBill's store on the Friday for packet pick-up; and also at the race.
Awards:
There will be awards to the top three males and females as well as ribbons for the first three people in the standard RRRC five-year age groups. The top three couples will also receive awards. Runner Bill's will be giving away four pair of New Balance shoes at the race.
T-Shirts:
T- shirts are guaranteed to the first 250 registrants. Shirts must be picked up on race day. None will be mailed.
Water Stop:
Water will be provided by Diamond Springs and a water stop will be at about the 2.5 mile point.
Refreshments:
Will be available after the race.
