TRIgirl/TRIquest Pre-Season Training

TRIquest and TRIgirl would like to invite RRRC members to a free week of our pre-season program! We have fantastic training programs in running, biking and swimming. The free week begins on Monday, November 16-Friday, November 20. An Informational Meeting on our program will be held on Nov. 11 at 7pm for any RRRC members who would like more information.

Program Description: Pre-Season (also known as the "Off-Season") is the perfect time to work on technique, build strength and set a solid foundation for the upcoming race season.

Perhaps, you want to hold on to the new skills and abilities you've gained throughout the season; maybe you are new to the sport and would like to establish a solid foundation of base training; perhaps you just want to come spend some time with your training friends; or, you may just want to keep those holiday pounds at bay. Whatever your reason, theTRIgirl/TRIquest PRE-SEASON TRAINING PROGRAM will help you reach your goals! This is four months of pre-season training for as low as $200! But act now, space is limited.
