-election day, get out there and vote.
wed:
-detention races, 6p, grove and westmoreland
thurs:
-rivah run, 6a
fri:
-do we want a pre race psych up meal? friday the 13th.
sat:
-bpg group runs, 6.30a for the marathon bound, 7a for the libbie loopers, and back to 7a for the intermediates and beginners/recreationals
-next saturday, it'll be time to put up.
sun:
-TBA
looking ahead to nov. 14:
"Post Race Dinner- 6:30pm , pot-luck, post or email Rosie if you are coming and what you might bring"

The Fat One thinks that Piccolla's on Nov. 13 is a great idea for a pre psych up meal before the marathon/ half marathon and 8K races next weekend. BTW, did someone say steak?

oops. forgot to offer congrats to our road warriors this weekend. hockey boy, k car and mad macks contested the no frills 5k. special commendation to mad macks for falling off the footbridge and bleeding his way to the finish. for that, he wins the rambo citation and full contact runner of the week. evil jen also soloed the 8k course without incident.

Yankees win!!!!!!!!!!
Deuce morning Long Run report: Dimples and I went out early and she did 5 miles and then went to work. Then the Fat One finished at 12 miles going by Libbie to The Jefferson and back thru Monument Ave. This is due to the ran yesterday. Good job folks and see you on Saturday.
GO Yankees and clinch the series.

Thursday 6am rivah run...still need blinky lights at the start. I know Bert will be MIA, I'll be there for 7 ...always a 5 mile option. Perhaps Rock will make an appearance...uh, Rock?

Rivah run report...Mikey got out of bed to run but no Rock. Keeping Mikey company were Julie, Ned, Bert and Elaine. Mike L was home with the birthday girl...Happy Birthday Trudy!
It was nice to actually SEE the river thanks to the time change and almost full moon.
