Sorry for the late post. The Libbie Loop had a ginormous group this morning. Let's see, who was out there, Elaine and Mikey ran with us and then added more miles, Bruce, Jennifer the newbie, Diallo, Brian, Max and ifred turned around at about 5 miles (good to see you back out there Saturdays Fred), Fast Sarah (still capable of leaving everyone behind even on her easy days), Elane's friend from the HMT, Jessica, and great to have Brooke back for a guest appearance. I know there were others, but the brain just ain't workin'. We hope that 2.0, PC, Fatkid, and Dimples will all be well enough for next week. Rest, rest rest. The waiting is tough until next week, everybody eat right, hydrate, and give your legs a rest this week See everyone at the starting line!

The run was great and I look forward to running again with the group. Good luck next week at the Marathon (or half)!

13.4 miles down, less than a half marathon for lex.1.27.14 for the 7.4 mi leg, 11.47 pace. that's better than 2.32 for the half, still, he has his work cut out for him. let's go, lex!

ok, lex has passed 19 miles, the last leg,was done in 1.18.23, just under 14 min pace. come on, lex, it's been a long day. you got 2.4 mi swim, 112 mi bike and 19 miles of the marathon under your belt. hang in there, bring it home, ironman.
