post marathon bike ride announcement
Cyclists, join me for a post marathon bike ride up to Ashland from the Sports Backers parking lot on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 PM. The route will mostly follow the RABA ABC route. Total distance will be 32 miles at an average pace of 16 mph. There will be one stop in Ashland at the coffee shop, Cue sheets will be available at the ride start. I can be reached at 804 484-0054.
