That's all I can wear to run and I love them. I'll even wear them out and about shopping and such as well on occasions. They are also great for days like yesterday. While it was raining and very wet outside I still went for a run and I didn't have to worry about my feet getting wet and then heavy from the water. I just ran right through the puddles and felt great.
I really like my VFFs. I got mine online but went out to VA Beach at GSS to try them on first. They didn't have the model/color I wanted so I ordered them online.
Got mines from the Vibrams website . www.vibramsfivefinger.com I've put some miles on mine already. I have the classics but suggest you get the KSO if your planning on running in the winter with them. They felt pretty good. I have to say intially they took a little getting use too. But after I ran a couple of days in them they felt good.
I got a pair a week ago. I've gone out three times in them. My calves are on fire! Going to take a little getting use to I guess. Totally on the balls of my feet.
I was having trouble getting them but found them in a shop up in DC last weekend. They seem to size differently than what the size chart was on the internet. My toes are long so I got two sizes up from what I measured. I noticed a guy in the no frills 5k had a pair on. I didn't notice until I saw the pic's from the start of the race.
Would love to hear what people think of these.
