I am interested in the Brandermill Group. Just re-starting to run, so pace is +/- 11:00 Training goal is to get in better shape and better my pace. Not sure about future races. Best time of day - I like mornings, but will be unemployed soon, so I will have all the time in the world to run :-)

1. 11 - 13 minutes (still rehabbing)
2. Fully recover from injury, increase speed and endurance, lose weight, overall good health
3. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Satursday/During the week can do 6:00 am or 6:30 pm, Saturdays 7:30 or so.

Heather suggested meeting on Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. Would you be interested in meeting at the Midlo Y? I would also like to do a group run on Tuesday and Thursdays. I am not a morning person though. I can meet at 6:30 p.m. I would like to suggest a different meeting place for our weekday group runs so we don't get tired of running the same courses.

Heather & Lindsay - If you guys are meeting at the Midlo Y on Saturday, how far do you plan on running? I'd like to join you, but I may not be at your level of endurance yet so would have to turn back at some point during the run.

Margaret, I can meet tomorrow morning at the Midlo Y. What time works best for you? It is kind of late notice. If Sunday works better, I am available.

I would like to join you guys as well. I can't come this week (if you wind up meeting) but next Saturday would be great. 8 am?

Hi guys, Sorry this is the first time I am booting up my computer since Friday afternoon. Should we try a run on Saturday (the 11th) at 8AM at the Midlo Y?

Same here. I am only run/walking at this point.

I'm running at a 10-11 minute mile. I would like to get below a 10-minute mile. I would like to meet two weekday evenings after 5 p.m., and a Saturday or Sunday morning.

I would love a group run and can do the evenings or early mornings and would LOVE a consistent group run on saturday mornings~ I ran the 10k training team at the midlo ymca and remember most of the runs over there for the mileage count. I ran the 10k in 71 minutes and am training to run the carytown 10k in May... Does anyone want to meet this saturday morning~ say around 8 am?

Heather, I also ran with the Midlo Y training team when I wasn't out of town. I would love to have a standing Saturday run. Perhaps, we could meet at the Midlo Y every Saturday at 8 a.m. I am also training to run the Carytown 10k and Run Like A Girl 8k at the end of May. BTW, I am friends with Lori Batt. She asked me if I knew you and suggested you as a running partner.

I'm running a 8-9 min mile at this time but more concerned with distance than speed.
Want to do a half marathon in September.
I work 10 24hr shifts a month all else is open as well as time of day. I frequent the rt10 (Chester area) and Pocohantas state park. Willing to travel to different areas.
