I would love to join this group. I just had a baby and was not allowed to run during my pregnancy, so I am just starting to run after a 12 month hiatus. Currently at 10-11 min/mile. My goal is to shed the rest of the baby weight and get faster. Best time of day is very early morning during the week, or Saturday/Sunday mornings around 7 or 8.
Runner Bill's on Midlo Tnpk hosts runs every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. They meet in front of the store and run various distances and paces. All levels of runners are welcome. Plus, the store offers 10 percent discount to all RRRC members.
my short distance is about 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 and long runs tend to be at 10
i need to keep up my longer runs, run on road not treadmill so much
i need to be done by 7am wk day mornings, can meet 6pm wkday evenings wkends like to run in mornings
