I would love to join this group. I just had a baby and was not allowed to run during my pregnancy, so I am just starting to run after a 12 month hiatus. Currently at 10-11 min/mile. My goal is to shed the rest of the baby weight and get faster. Best time of day is very early morning during the week, or Saturday/Sunday mornings around 7 or 8.

Runner Bill's on Midlo Tnpk hosts runs every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. They meet in front of the store and run various distances and paces. All levels of runners are welcome. Plus, the store offers 10 percent discount to all RRRC members.

I just started run/walking the first week of June but wud like to join a group. I live near Brandermill.

I'm interested in the Brandermill group. Willing to run any where in the area.

I'm currently running +/- 11 min miles - have IT Band/Hip Flexor injury.

I'm in training (Sports Backers) for the Richmond Marathon, so my goal is to finish that.

I would love running partners on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Evenings are better, but could attempt mornings if I'm not expected to chat :-)

my short distance is about 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 and long runs tend to be at 10
i need to keep up my longer runs, run on road not treadmill so much
i need to be done by 7am wk day mornings, can meet 6pm wkday evenings wkends like to run in mornings
