Hey Theresa , it's been a while for me. I'm around 8 to 10 min miles depending on how I feel and how much sleep I get at the Fire house. Not really looking for speed more than distance though.
planning on a half mar next year but I want to get my adverage up to 5miles every other day. I was doing Henricus park for a while but I got bored. I was runnig Pocohontas at times also.
oh 5 miles every other day is a good goal to shoot for! once I get off the 1/2 training I will do something like that. well if you ever do a 3 mile at henricus let me know! I know what you mean about getting bored, I have to switch up myself.
I was there for a short while. It makes me feel good to run that every other day. I will be training for the 1/2 soon. Good luck dosen't mean anything you know you can do it!!!

Hey all....brand new runner here....I live in Midlothian...have been running about 3 miles on a treadmill 3-4x week and am starting to increase my distance...would love to have some others to run with on a regular basis....I have one issue though, I work 12 hour shifts on the weekends so right now looking for weekday runs...anyone interested?
Hey Cathy some were planning a weekend run either sat or sun but I'm nursing a foot injury from my last run. Should be back up in the nextcouple days. I work for Henrico Fire so I have weekdays off. Let me know if you want to set up some times.
