We will be doing 10 miles this week, but you can always do more or less depending on your situation. I'm not sure what the mileage will be after the marathon in November. We'd love to have you join us!

- Hi! I've been running in Brandermill and came across this group. Do you all run different distances? Or is it the same every week for a training program?

- New starting time 5:30 am begining this Wednesday. Will be doing 9 miles this week.
