Bruno!
Hello! It was wonderful to see you! I was extra delighted since I saw you yesterday, too!! How lucky is that! You made my day two days in a row!! I think it is such a great coincidence and perfect timing!
I actually only did about 4miles yesterday. Today I parked on Hull and ran 4 only.
Thank you so much for telling me about the Brandermill run on Wed. a.m.!! I might try to make this. I would love to run with you. You are the nicest, truly the sweetest and wonderful, kind heart and great wisdom, amazing thoughts and perspective, and good to everyone. You are a gem in this world, Bruno, and very dear to all who know you.
How was your fantastic Pontoon run? That must have been so pretty there at Woodlake and lots of fun!!! I had promised to volunteer the Patrick Henry, so that day I ended up not running at all since after volunteering, I had a filled schedule.
Can't wait to see you soon either actually running with you or when I "run" into you somewhere in the southside!!
You are JOY and a sweetheart, Bruno! Wishing you the best day today because you are!!!
Hey Bruno,
Great to see you, Lynn and Chris last Saturday morning for your 16 miler. I miss running with you all. Hope the PH goes well this weekend and everyone has a great time! I am going to try to make it out to one of the Sunday runs soon.
I'm doing the Freedom Marathon in Shepardstown, WV on 3 Oct. Bad timing for the half. Any idea who may want to get involved in some group training runs?

Congratulations to you, Bruno!! You did GREAT!!! And you are such a kind, good, most wonderful person--you are a true winner in all aspects! You are Joy to this world!!! Bruno, you are the best!!!
thanks for the note, Bruno. I am excited as well about our MCM team. How has your training been going? Have you been running with Lynn, Chris, and John? I have met two others running the MCM . . . they both seem like strong runners as well. Hopefully I can run with you all soon. The past few Sundays have been a little busy. Also, I have been letting the hills of Church Hill help train me. :) Maybe we could all do hills over here sometime. Hope you and family are well.
It was great to see you driving by the other day! I was half asleep running from a very busy past 2 weeks and not being able to run, so it felt great to move my legs! I was half out of it, but noticed your lights flashing, and you totally re-energized me. Always you are happiness and joy to see you Bruno! Wishing you wonderful week!
