I saw and loved what you said about the track---you have the best and most wonderful outlook! The fun and the joy and the love is what counts, and you have that. Always you radiate positive spirit. And you are such a wonderful father to give your kids such a great example of not only healthy exercising, but marvelous spirit about life. Wishing you and your lovely family the nicest weekend!!!
p.s. I ended up having to go back home w/o running at the track after all, but hope to run with you soon! You are such a positive to the running community, Nigel!
