Monday mornings could work. If youd wanna meet somewhere near the Chester area? Idk where would be a good place to run. And i guess it would depend on what you wanna do. Just lemme know. :)

Im not going to be racing for at least another month. Then idk which races yet, but they're gonna lead up to the 8k they have with the marathon here in richmond. And mondays sound good to me. :) What time during the day would you wanna meet up to run?

Rich, you are an ANIMAL! Haha seriously, you are amazing! Somebody last night told me that some guy ran a 1:13 and beat the CR and it took me until now to realize that was you. Congrats! You doing any races this fall?
